Photos: Gerard Way @ Danforth Music Hall

Former My Chemical Romance vocalist Gerard Way, took over Toronto's Danforth Music Hall performing to a sold out audience on Wednesday May 20th, 2015. Since My Chemical Romance disbanded, Gerard Way has kick-started his solo career with the release of his debut solo effort Hesitant Alien (via Reprise) and hasn't shown signs of slowing down any time soon. Publications raved about the release, but did the fans really like it?

There's no question... of course they did. 

Any time Gerard Way came close to the edge of the stage the audience erupted in screams. Compared to the other members of MCR, Gerard's solo career is off to a fantastic start. It'll be great to see how far he can take it, or maybe he'll get MCR going again in two years to start building his savings for retirement.
