Avenged Sevenfold Bring The Stage To Hamilton's FirstOntario Centre

Hamilton recently got a dose of metal from arena rockers Avenged Sevenfold when they toured through the hammer on January 22nd, 2018. It's not every day you get to see a band like Avenged Sevenfold perform in a smaller market like Hamilton. The last time they were anywhere nearby, A7X was the main support for Metallica at the Rogers Centre in Toronto.

Yeah that's right, Metallica!
(you can check out the photos from that show here)

I was lucky enough to be at that show and photographed it, so I knew what I was in for when it came to this 2018 show (which was EPIC). The boys in A7X did not disappoint and in my humble opinion, this gig was far greater then their opening slot on the Metallica tour. This time around it was they were the headliners, outfitted with trippy visuals and lighting made just for them. There's not many bands in todays day in age that can sell out big venues like they can and be talented enough to command the stage.

M. Shadows and the boys are modern day rock legends and I hope they pump out some new music sooner rather then later to combat against the awkward launch of what is actually a BANGER of a record.

I can't wait to see what's next for them, until then all I got are my photos to revel in. Check out all the shots above and comment below if you feel so inclined.
