Coheed and Cambria have released their new single, “Blind Side Sonny,” the first glimpse of their upcoming project. Described by vocalist Claudio Sanchez as “a song about revenge,” the track explores how perception can twist an innocent choice into a dangerous misunderstanding. Along with a Max Moore-directed video, the song marks one of the band’s most aggressive releases yet, unveiling a new villain in their The Amory Wars universe. Following a successful North American tour, Coheed and Cambria are set to headline Furnace Fest and both dates of When We Were Young Festival, before heading to Australia for the Monolith Festival later this year.
