This week starts with Australian punk rockers Amyl and The Sniffers and their new album Cartoon Darkness. The band delivers high-energy punk rock with explosive riffs and their trademark rebellious swagger on their third studio album. Hailing from Buffalo, Ché Noir's The Lotus Child is released independently and is entirely produced by her (outside of one track). The album is a lyrical tour de force, showcasing her sharp storytelling and personal reflection on themes of growth and resilience.

Better Lovers' Highly Irresponsible comes from the metal supergroup featuring members of Every Time I Die, The Dillinger Escape Plan, and Fit for an Autopsy. It's a relentless fusion of hardcore and metal, marked by blistering intensity and unrestrained aggression that lives up to their incredible debut EP. Soccer Mommy's Evergreen brings her indie rock aesthetic to the forefront, pairing dreamy melodies with emotionally raw, introspective lyrics. Vancouver indie rockers Peach Pit offer a laid-back, nostalgic sound full of mellow, guitar-driven tracks on Magpie. Entheos closes the week with An End to Everything, a technical death metal EP that spotlights Chaney Crabb's impressive vocal range and Navene Koperweis's precise drumming. The EP balances punishing grooves, breakneck tempos, and bursts of melody, creating a relentlessly intense yet intricately crafted sound.
