L.S. Dunes is back with a powerful new track, and fans have plenty to be excited about. The band just released the title track from their upcoming sophomore album, Violet, giving listeners a taste of what's to come.

The new single, Violet, is available to stream now, accompanied by a fresh music video that you can check out below. The full album drops on January 31 via Fantasy Records, and pre-orders are already live.

Bassist Tim Payne reflected on the significance of the track, sharing,

“I think Violet is the song that fully encapsulates everything we do as a band. Frank brought the demo to the band as a fully structured song, and it seemed that we all just knew immediately what we had to do. I hear quite a few elements from songs on Past Lives, but it’s filtered through the lens of a more established musical language between us.”

Frontman Anthony Green also weighed in, describing the song as a form of catharsis.

“This song is about someone getting exactly what they deserve. It helped me get through the feeling of being ghosted”

L.S. Dunes recently wrapped up a fall U.S. tour with Rise Against, but they’re not slowing down anytime soon. The band will head overseas in early 2025 to join Rise Against for a UK and European tour. Additional tour dates are expected to be announced, so keep an eye on their website for updates.

If Violet is any indication of what the album holds, fans are in for something special. Don’t miss your chance to pre-order and experience the next chapter from L.S. Dunes.
